If pesky ants or other crawling insects are a problem, our ant moat is a must. Simply fill the moat with water, hang above the feeder with included hooks, and the ants will not be able to reach the feeder base with its sweet nectar.

I bought these little feeders because I have noticed my hummers do not like to share a feeding station, so this one bird feeder seemed like a good idea. Smaller than described, the feeder actual feeder is less than 6” so I think the price was a little high.
