Really like that we use WAY less water to cook our short grain brown rice and it is nice n' soft for the in-laws and the baby. I think they should make an even larger size, maybe another 4 cups larger for big families. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that even after all the border fees and taxes, we saved a considerable amount of money over purchasing from stores in Canada. Service Review Delivery took a bit too long but was expected ordering into Canada. I think it was delayed a few days while waiting for the "load" to fill up before crossing the border. Customer service with this company really is amazing; from initial contact to follow up, they have this covered like no nobody else. The cooker works brilliantly and was spotless upon arrival.
