Perfect I am most pleased with my music rack. The casters make it easy to move for floor cleaning. It appears to be solidly built, and I like the clean uncluttered design. It also somewhat matches an existing black music cabinet that is positioned next to the VTI-AR. Perhaps I will purchase a second unit and discard my old, heavy adjacent music rack. |

VTI audio rack review Product Review Very good product at a reasonable price. Some very minor scratches on the shelves, but one has to really look to see them. Service Review Prompt delivery, box was slightly damaged, but product was so well protected that it suffered no damage. |

Very glad I made this purchase Product Review I have all of my audio equipment on this audio rack and so far I love it! I have it set up in an enclosed closet which happened to be a just right fit for the rack. The wheels make it very easy to roll out and access the connections when I need to. Plenty of room on the shelves for most any piece of audio equipment. Great purchase! Service Review Delivery was prompt and on schedule with everything in good condition. |

Just what we needed We bought this to keep all our audio/video equipment in the living room. It is very nice looking and very sturdy. It was quite easy to put together for one person. It is heavy, so requires 2 tall people to turn it right side up after it is assembled. |

AR Series 6-Shelf Audio Rack by VTI I found this product perfect for my application. All of my audio equipment fits into the rack as I envisioned. It is simple, attractive, and provides economy of space. The only shortcoming for me is the unsightliness of the many cables that make up my system. |

AR Series 6-Shelf Audio Rack by VTI This is a great A/V rack. The picture seems a little inaccurate. It looks like all the shelves above the bottom one are the same size but it really is 11", 9", and three 7" spaces.I use this to house my home theater gear. On the bottom I have an amplifier, above that is my receiver, and the four shelves above are for my Blu-ray/DVD players and satellite and cable boxes. There are casters at the bottom which are attached to a frame that is screwed into the bottom shelf. This is great for me again because my amplifier is 70lbs. This adds reinforcement to the bottom shelf and I don't worry about the shelf warping under the heavy weight. Back to the casters: they are not the best quality but they definitely can get the job done. I have bare wooden floors and they work like a charm. Easy to move around and you can even lock two of them so the unit doesn't move around.I got mine in cherry with silver poles and it is a little darker than pictured but I still love it.Cons:The reason I said the wire management is bad is because the back is completely open (which is great for me because my receiver and amplifier need all the airflow they can get) but for others who want to hide their wires, they may still be visible to the point where they bother some users. I don't think it's that bad but just some food for thought for those of you who are masters of hiding wires. Maybe you'll like the challenge. The instructions are a little vague and I think I would have damaged my top shelf had I not read another review here on the site warning me about the different size screw for the top shelf. They should really clarify that or someone else can make the same mistake as that reviewer. Other than that, it's fairly easy to assemble. Took me about 45 minutes including the time taken to carefully unpack everything so I didn't scratch anything.Other thoughts:I have not owned this for too long so far but if anything changes I'll definitely update this review or write another.[...] I'll definitely be ordering from this site again. I couldn't be happier unless they gave me free stuff. |
