Oceanic Iridescent Blue/Green Jeweled nautical shells, surrounded by Blue and Red jewels, highlight an intricate Art Nouveau motif in Amber and Clear Ripple glass, accented with iridescent Amber formed jewels on Bone Beige. A Multicolored ringlet motif is featured on the bottom accented with Amber oval jewels while Amber diamond-shaped jewels accent the top. The shade was handcrafted using Meyda Tiffany's famous copper foil construction process and complemented with a floor base finished in Mahogany Bronze.

+Beautiful lamp. Was looking for a warm light with some character for my home office. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. -For $500 I would expect the sections of this lamp to fit properly and be the same shade of bronze (see photos). I tried unscrewing and reattaching several times but this is how it lines up. Will anyone but me notice--probably not. That doesn't mean it's okay. Stained glass is handcrafted using the same technique that was developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. Glass types and colors are designed using metallic salts during manufacturing. Each piece of real glass is hand-cut and copper foil is wrapped around each individual piece. The glass pieces are then welded by hand to create one-of-a-kind designs. As part of the finishing process, oil is added to the outside of the design to protect the metal from erosion. The beauty of stained glass is its versatility when illuminated by light. Stained glass will become more vibrant when lit.

An attractive lamp, with intricate glass work on the shade and additional cross hatching and fluting details on the lamp stem. Simple to assemble and it casts a wide soft uplight.
