I will say, I was actually surprised by how heavy the playset was because I expected it to be plastic. It is not, it is made of real wood and metal! My daughter absolutely loved this pretend playset and has been extremely engaged. The design of the cookware is very detailed and empowers her to feel like she is also 'cooking!' In particular, she loves the dollhouse on the back of the cooking set! This is not only space efficient (for me), but gives her a place to play with and store her dolls for the next time she decides to pick them up! The designs on the back are in line with the cooking theme and give her a space to have her dolls 'eat' after she is done cooking on the front. The design of this toy is very well thought out and I can tell the toy itself is extremely durable and will provide long-lasting fun in the years to come!
