We researched saunas quite a bit before we settled on this corner model with its large heaters. In the end we are very pleased, but it was a bit tough getting there. It is a nice kit. We might have liked it a bit bigger in order to lounge on the bench. Mfr says 4-5 people. I think 3 would be more than enough. As somebody who does carpentry on the weekend, the finish could have been a couple % better, but is acceptable. The unit we received was slightly different. Apparently the mfr revises and improves without updating their listings on mfr & wayfair site. The positives were that the radio is now recessed in the ceiling, lights are LED, ... The negative one was that there was only one floor heater instead of two?? The radio remote was missing and one heating panel was unsightly finished. Also the floor was quite rough. Wayfair got us in touch with the mfr, who wanted to send out a carpenter, but agreed to replace the floor with two heaters instead of one. Two months later, the new floor panel came, we assembled the sauna and used it for the first time. Fantastic! Assembly was straightforward. Door panel that slots in last was a pita. Quick connect wiring was not marked as it should have been with A-A, B-B, C-C ... but didn't seem to matter. You need a 30A circuit with special plug for this. The sauna sits currently in our utility basement, which is ~45F in the winter. It counts down from 88 minutes and after about an hour we go in when it is 130F+ for 20-25 min. Yes, we would recommend crystal sauna & wayfair. They listen when something isn't OK and made it right. We love our sauna. Typically use it twice a week. A welcome reprieve from Maine winters."..." Purchased for use as an active female. It fits nicely in the corner of my bedroom additon. My own personal spa area now houses a bit of exercise equipment, my sauna, a wonderful bamboo bench and several plants. My special retreat. The sauna heats up nicely and I love the glass doors, the floor, and inside bench.
