I bought this at half price, because the chair was supposedly bought and returned (my husband and I think it might have been a manufacturer defect). First off the chair did arrive quickly, but it was supposed to be self-service (buyer gets it off the tractor trailor) and I was told the people who deliver would call ahead of time to give at least a 4 hour window. That never happened. I only left my house the day it arrived (knew it should be coming that day) to pick up my daughter from preschool (only takes about 20 minutes) and I just happened to look out the window and see it laying on my front porch. I'm not complaining about the fact that they brought it to my porch, but if there was any damage to the box I was supposed to note it with the delivery person and sign for it, so that if there was any damage to the chair during shipping I could easily have it resolved. There was damage to the box it came in, but the chair didn't have damage in the areas there was damage to the box. There were a few flaws to the chair...there were tiny round puncture marks in the back of the chair. About 30-40 in a clustered area along the seam on the right hand side. I used a permanent black marker to disguise the the tan color that was exposed due to the puncture marks. Now you can't notice them unless you are really inspecting closely. Then my husband noticed that when you assemble the chair by sliding the back of the chair into metal rods that stick up from the bottom of the chair the left side stuck up a little further than the right side, but nothing real drastic. Lastly, the stuffing in the back of the chair looked slightly uneven and the stuffing in the left arm of the chair looked like it had less in it than the right arm. I do also want to note that the chair was bought mainly for my husband and he is 5'11" and about 260 lbs. He does use it, but it is a little small for him. I am 5'3" and 160 lbs. and when sitting in the chair it is just perfect for me. It's like the chair was meant to be a woman's chair or for someone not very wide or tall. I love this chair, I shopped around and found the best price on this chair from wayfair and even though I bought it without ever sitting in it first I cant tell you how awesome the chair is and the quality and craftsmanship is second to none. If you find a similiar chair for less I would suggest you just spend the difference and buy this chair from wayfair because not only will the cheaper chair be inferior, but the service before during and after the sale will pale in comparison. Good size, not to small, not to big, both my husband and I sit in this. It is not for a short person though, their feet won't make it to the ground. Has a deep seating area, firm but softening up with use and comfortable. Nice soft sink in back. The leather is nice. The price was excellent. I found a coupon code and saved even more. Big plus was the free shipping too! We looked and sat in a lot of chairs, including chairs from Charles Schneider, before we took the plunge on this chair. Their are some of the chairs from that company that are more comfortable, not that this one isn't, but I also wanted something with a bit more style to it and this fit the bill. Easy to set up, just slide the back on and it locks in place. Little harder to unpack, comes in a big box which is placed in a wooded frame. You will need a small crow bar to get the packing frame apart. But it certainly kept the chair safe. I unpacked it myself and put it together. Very happy with our chair."..."  Read more

I purchased this chair in the Bronco Colt Leather as a swivel recliner as a gift for my father. The chair is HUGE but is absolutely beautiful and fits him well (he is close to 6 ft tall). The appearance and comfort get 5 stars! The ease of returning the chair from a reclining position, however, is difficult as there is no release mechanism. If you have STRONG leg muscles AND are 6 feet tall then this might not be a problem for you. If you are shorter like I am (I am 5ft 5in) then I would not recommend it for you as it is almost impossible to return the chair upright. Overall, the chair is beautiful and as long as it holds up then I am happy with the purchase. I also ordered the White Glove Delivery and the delivery people could not have been any nicer.
