Progressive International Pastry Mat

This arrived just as it looked in the online photos. No surprises. It is well made and just what I expected. I am very happy with the quality. If you are looking for something similar I would recommend this.

I like this because I dont have to scrub my kitchen table down before rolling out cookie dough or pie crust, plus it makes much less mess. Plus, the rulerguides are handy for sizing. However, it does tend to slide around on my table a bit when I roll - cant push sideways too much or it just slides. Im thinking of ways to fix it like maybe just tape or a dab of doughsilly putty. It just needs a tiny bit of friction on the back to make it stay put.

I loved this. The simple tips on the side helped me make my first ever pie crust. It made clean up so easy. I can't wait for the holidays to make lots of pies for family and friends.

This is perfect for the new cook to a professional chef! Great value for money and has all the features of a more expensive mat. How did I ever live without this for this long?
