It is now discontinued, and the parts are hard to find, but the Bixby design and quality is outstanding. It lasted for many years, even the pull-out hose, which speaks highly of the product quality. I also like that the handle screw is removed with a screwdriver from the top and not the back with an Allen wrench. My taste may be a little outdated, but I far prefer the Bixby design over the newer similar models which are sleeker rather than ornamental.
