Prevue Pet Products Small Rabbit Hutch provides your rabbit with a safe, secure hutch that he will be glad to call home. Our small rabbit hutch has an open floor plan that connects to an adjoining, private nesting box. The rabbit hutch is elevated from the ground and includes a fold-down ramp so that your rabbit can easily hop up to his home. The bottom legs have rubber feet to prevent splintering if used outside or scuffing your floors if used inside. The hutch is crafted from a fine weather-resistant variety of fir tree lumber and is coated with a protective, non-toxic stain.

"Hi Diane, The tray is not coated, it is a plastic tray. The wire grate is powder coated with paint that is baked on and it is completely toxic free and animal friendly. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns."

"Hi Jaime. This unit is not what is to be considered "predator proof" against raccoons and coyotes. While this unit is very sturdy, it is made primarily to keep things that are inside the hutch from getting out, however a strong enough animal may be able to access the inside of this hutch my removing the latch keeping the top portion locked or by pulling out the cage wiring in the front of this unit."

Easy to assemble, my 15 yr old daughter did it . herself. Also very easy to clean. The only thing I don't like is the wood floor in the nesting side. My rabbit isn't smart enough to not use it as a bathroom but maybe other rabbits are. I replaced it with wire. I use cat litter in the bottom. Was this helpful? Yes / No

I have a very large French lop and this is perfect for her when shes not running loose in the house. ) Plenty of room, although I dont have the dividers in so she can have more space.
