Presto Professional EverSharp Electric Knife Sharpener

This knife sharpener is the best for the money. I have nought several products from wayfair and they have the best prices with fast delivery.

My wife and I got a nice Henkels knife set as a wedding gift 8 years ago. The knives werent cutting like they used to until we bought this sharpener. After using this sharpener one time each of our knives is sharper than they were new. Slicing fruits, veggies, and meat is a pleasure. The 3 stage sharpener is certainly worth the money with the first coarse stage able to help you put an edge back onto any knife. The only negative is that this doesnt handle serrated knives well because it will end up eating away at the serrated edge until it becomes a standard straight edge knife. That wasnt that big a deal to me as my one serrated knife is used mostly for slicing bread.

This is a good quality item. It was just what I expected and arrived quickly. I would recommend to others looking for a similar item.

I recently bought my wife some really good knives and cookware. She's a terrific cook, so making sure she has quality equipment is really a favor to me. Anyway, I walked into the kitchen and noticed her using a sharpening bar thing on her knives. I don't know why I never noticed it before (actually I do...I seldom go into the kitchen) but she said she'd been doing it for years like that. So I jumped on Wayfair and checked out what they had. I never really sweated getting a poor quality item or a bad value. If you'll just take the time to read some reviews and research a little, Wayfair will deliver the right solution. What started out as a new novelty for her has now become something she can't believe she lived so long without. Once again, Wayfair helped me come off as a caring, loving husband. Of course, I still don' go into the kitchen.

Product works flawless, no more dull dangerous knives in my kitchen

I was thrilled when I was contacted by Wayfairs to do my first review and I knew exactly what I wanted to test, a knife sharpener. Originally, my thought was to choose a manual knife sharpener, but then I remembered the electric knife sharpener we used to use at the restaurant I worked at for many years. It has a three-stage process. The far left stage is only used for the first sharpening and only when the knife is extremely dull. Basically, this stage puts a new edge on the blade. The other two stages are used for regular sharpening and for smoothing the rough edges after Stage One. I liked this sharpener because it adjusts to the thickness of the knife being sharpened. It arrived just in time for our Mardi Gras celebration. Making Jambalaya entails a considerable amount of chopping. Thanks to my new Presto Everharp knife sharpener, no fingers were injured during the preparation of our feast.

Sharpened all knives in less than an hour and unit works flawless. Great value[...]!

I have recently purchased this product and with my first sharpening I felt that it did a good job. Very easy to use and I was able to sharpen all my knifes without an issue. With the limited time I have used this product, I would say it is worth the buy.
