Premier RTA Simple Connect 48" TV Stand

This unit is beautiful - simple, classic, and highly utilitarian, as well as very reasonably priced for such a solid piece of furniture. In addition, the texturefinish of the black is really lovely - it looks like genuine satin lacquer (even though it isn't lacquer, of course.) It provides ample room for lots of electronics and DVDs or whatever. The glass doors are on sturdy hinges, and they work smoothly. My husband reports that the unit was easy to put together until the very last thing, when it was time to put the shelves in. At that point, the holes didn't line up properly, and he had to take a hammer and block to force them in. If it weren't for that little problem, I would have given this item a full 5-star rating. Now that it's all put together and we're using it, we're completely delighted with this understated yet beautiful TV stand!
