Premier Mounts PBL Universal Projector Mount

This product was used to mount projectors in classrooms. In addition to the easy installation, the mount allowed for side to side adjustment of the projector as well as front and back. This is an important feature to have when setting up the projection specs for an interactive whiteboard(Smartboard).

Perfect for the classroom.

Product worked well and was as-expected

This mount worked great with my EPSON 720P projector. It was very easy to mount on the ceiling as I have a drop ceiling. The directions can be a bit confusing, but once you figure out what the directions are saying it is a piece of cake. This was my first time putting up a projector mount and my brand new EPSON projector, so you can imagine I was nervous. But I have had the projector up for over 4 weeks now and it is still there :-). Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

I bought this mount in hopes that it would work with my older Epson PowerLite 710c projector -- and it does. It's a solid, well-built mount that can be configured to fit any conceivable projector mounting holes. I also like that it can be mounted flush with the ceiling or with an extension pole to drop it down farther.

The mount is excellent and is what it is adverstised to be. It was easly to install, and easy to mount my projector (a Panasonic AE1000U). My only complaint is that after mounting my projector and getting everything put together, I realized that there was a loose bolt on the interior of the device that mounts directly to the projector that made it impossible to level the projector and required me to disassemble the device, tighten the bolt, and put the whole thing back together. Not a big deal, but a nuisance. Other than that, it's a great mount. I would have rated it a 5 if not for the foregoing issue.

Was offered as universal mount but doesn't work on Optima projector.

I installed my projector this weekend using this mount. I have the Sanyo PLV-Z4. I was amazed at how well built this mount turned out to be. It certainly wasn't cheap, but it was clear that this was a very high quality mount crafted from thick metal (steel?). All parts fit together tightly and were adjustable. I literally felt like it could hold one hundred pounds if mounted well (why would you do that? I don't know .. and I don't think it's recommended). What also surprised me was the flexibility it offered for mounting and adjustments. I thought I would need a 10 inch drop from the ceiling but it turned out that I did not. No problem, I just adjusted the mount. Very easy to attach the projector to the mount and easy to balance the projector once mounted. Extremely impressed with this product. Bulletproof.
