WishinHopen from New York	3.0 9/19/2010 Mixed Blessing and a bit stinky Product Review The Bad and the ugly: First maybe those that said this was Easy to assemble were burly men or people with some form of assistance (another person, clamps etc) But I found this Very Annoying and Difficult to assemble. Many of the screw wholes did not line up it was hard to get the screws tight difficult to get the shelves lined up properly (looked more rhombus than square but with elbow grease eventually lined up). Second: It exudes a Smell. Not sure if it is the shelves or the metal. So many things literally "stink" now-a-days..but I've mainly found this with "plastic" or "rubber" ..I didn't expect it with wood and metal. I would have aired out all the pieces B4 assembly to make sure it would out-gas. The Good It Looks Nice...I thought it would look cheap..but it does look more like furniture than expected. It seems sturdy. It is the Narrowest and shallowest A/V shelf I could find anywhere... PS It "feels" a lot heavier than the 45lbs it says it is...but I haven't weighed it to be able to say for sure.
