Update to my review. Less than a year later and one spinner won’t spin in the wind at all now though it turns by hand. The other is only spinning on the top. It’s very well made and solid. It’s large and beautiful. However, the top portion (3 spinner elements) are fixed to the angle you put it in the ground.
