I bought the Tortoise Mirror to use over the sink in a cabana bathroom. The mirror is large enough to accomadate all grooming activities in the bathroom. (hair, make-up, ect.) I really like the look of the mirror. I was a little concerned on how it would look with the light fixture that was already existing on my wall but it looks fine. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was that the metal tortosie was bent (warped) in a few places. Although it appeared they took care in packaging the mirror it may have been bent in placing the mirror into the packaging or when we took it out. I bent the pieces so the mirror would hang uniform on both sides from the wall. It is close but not perfect. I would recomend that you would be very careful with the mirror when removing it from the packaging as the metal feet will bend easy. Once on the wall it was exactley what I was looking for!"..."  Read more

Nicely crafted mirror & frame. Mirror & frame attaches to a wall with two screw-on rectangular brackets. The brackets are on each side (at 9 & 3 o'clock) of mirror frame. The mirror & frame then slides down onto the brackets. The bottom is held out from the wall by a molded-in (3/4") spacer on frame. I ordered 2 of these mirrors to use in my master bathroom over the vanity sinks. They are perfect and look really nice against the mocha wall paint color. The black rim does not sit flush on the wall, but flairs out from the mirror/wall about 4" so be careful if you are ordering sconces for the sides of the mirror.
