Very quality product; you may be paying quite a bit more than the cheap ones from a big box store, but you get what you pay for! I didn't know what "hazelnut bronze" would look like and you may not either. It has a lot more gold in it than I expected but once it is on the ceiling, it just looks like a dark "rust" color which fit my needs. I love the glass because it hides my funny-looking twisted CFL bulbs. I use the 13 watt size (equals 60 watts each) and there is a LOT of light on my small covered front porch. I think this would look lovely in a hallway of a home too even though it says it is for outdoor use. Some small bugs have gotten into the light even though I tightened the glass well. I think I will add a little citronella oil with my finger to the rim of the glass the next time I take it down so the bugs won't enter; I did this to some outdoor solar stake lights I have at my walkway and it seemed to work."..."  Read more

the best thing about this light is the ability to install it as either a hanging light OR a semi-flush mount light. i really wanted a hanging light, but i knew the space was very limited. i tried the hanging light method, but it still hung down too low for my space, so i had to uninstall it and try it again as a flush mount. it still looks good and saved me from having to buy another light. more lights should be designed like this to allow more flexibilty. i am pleased with the look, performance, and the design. the instructions were the only thing lacking, but it isn't too complicated."..."  Read more

I bought 3 of these lights to attach to my porch ceiling after bead-board was applied. They look terrific! Very well constructed (I have purchased other things from Murray Feiss == and he makes an excellent product.) At first I was concerned about the clear glass, because the light bulbs seemed to really stick out -- but when I exchanged them with the clear "flame" bulbs, you don't even notice the light bulbs. Just the pretty design of the light fixtures. They are constructed in a way that makes changing light bulbs simple. (Just unscrew the center screw.) I am very happy with them."..."  Read more
