5 stars I researched every bookcase and store I could find. Bestar (pronounced Bes-star) and Wayfair are both as good as it gets in price, quality and service. These are the easiest to put together of anyI researched every bookcase and store I could find. Bestar (pronounced Bes-star) and Wayfair are both as good as it gets in price, quality and service. These are the easiest to put together of any product Ive ever assembled and are very sturdy at about 80 lbs.per shelf. Theyre perfectly sized (one went behind my front door) and perfectly match an ebony desk with brown drawer fronts I bought nearly 9 years ago from a hobby shop. (Unlike some websites, Wayfairs picture is true to color). Bestar, a Canadian-based family business since 1948, is great, and Wayfair is my new favorite store! The instructions say it takes two to assemble and move this, but one small person is fine. You first assemble the bottom, shorter unit, which I placed where I wanted it. With the top part added, I taped the sturdy backing on to hold it in place and nailed it with it standing up its that sturdy. Others require laying the whole thing face-down and nailing the backing before you can move it. Assembling in place and standing up meant I didnt have to move the whole unit at once just scoot it into position. It also has four easy-to-adjust levelers. One note the instructions show what appears to be a screw for the backing its a nail. And the anchor loop can be doubled over or left straight. Bestar, which answered their toll-free number without a recorded menu, took my suggestions to heart. I couldnt be more pleased with the company or Wayfair!"..."
