Even though you use them like any other muffin pans, these are the only pans that we have found are made without ANY seams. These pans are much easier to clean than standard multi-piece pressed-together models with lots of seams. Heavy gauge construction distributes heat better than most other pans too, so there are no hot spots. The downside? You have to pay extra for these great pans. I jumped at the opportunity when Wayfair offered me a chance to review some of the products they carry. I have read that using aluminum bakeware is bad for you and so I wanted to replace some of my bakeware with stainless steel. This muffin pan is great--bakes evenly, cleans up wonderfully...it is a WONDERFUL replacement to the aluminum pans I was using previously. These pans make perfect muffin tops, but they also make nice scones and biscuits. Sometimes I end up with a batter that's slightly too wet to hold up itself, but if I use these pans, there's just enough of a lip to hold the batter and then it rises very nicely. The pans release food easily and are a cinch to clean up. I'd recommend hand washing them, not putting them in a dishwasher."..." Read more
