Metrokane makes a good wine opener and this one is no different. Nice that they give you a back up corkscrew. Comes in a storage case.

We drink wine occasionally and this opener makes it easy enough that my wife even likes to use it. The cork puller removes the cork easily, but better yet it easily removes the cork from the screw. The wrapping remover worked great too. The device is well made...I don't expect we'll need another device like this for at least 10 years. I was a little hesitant to spend the amount of money it cost, but it's proven to be well worth the cost.

I always had trouble opening wine bottles and would need help but I was finally able to open my first wine bottle all by myself!!

I was having trouble locating this item a week before Christmas and was lucky enough to find at a good price on CSN. I spoke with a sales associate in the morning who was supposed to get back to me with shipping info (I'm on the east coast and the warehouse in Nevada was not open yet)i.e. would I have in time for Christmas. They never called back. I called again and spoke with another associate who assured me the product was available from a location that was only one day ground service from my location. I was skeptical as the other associate said it was shipping from Nevada but decided to go for it anyway. I was please to receive notification within two days that the item had shipped, however it was coming from Nevada and would be 5 business days ground service delivery. I received 5 days after Christmas. The sales agents were very nice, but not thorough or accurate with all the information. Overall I got a good product at a good price in a reasonable amount of time, and will definitely shop on CSN again.
