I have had three spine surgeries cervical. I have all kinds of metal in my neck from the surgeries and I have tried 20 some pillows in about 10 years and I still have two of them and they were wore out completely. I like the wedge pillow and it’s quite comfortable for sleeping. I also use it with extra pillows to prop up in bed for reading and TV. The issue I have is the two pieces are separate and I don’t see any Velcro or any way to fasten them together. So whichever one is on top (I tried both) slides down during the night when I wake up I have slid down with it. So the extra height gained by using the two pieces doesn’t really work.
