The motor feels powerful enough for home cooking and grinds meat quickly when it’s cut into small pieces and slightly chilled. I also appreciated the reverse function, which helps clear any small clogs and keeps things moving smoothly. According to the specs, the grinder can process up to about 3 pounds of meat per minute, which is more than enough for us. What I liked most is how easy it is to get consistent results. The included plates let you choose different grind sizes, and the sausage attachment is a nice bonus if you want to try making your own sausages. Cleaning is also fairly manageable since the parts come apart easily. One thing I would mention for other shoppers is that it works best if the meat is trimmed and cut into smaller pieces before grinding. Also, like most appliances of this type, it does take up a bit of storage space. Overall, I’m happy with it. I received the 2nd item replacement. Unfortunately, it is the same wrong item I received as the first. Completely different from the description online. This unit I received does not have the secondary motor to fulfill as a true automatic meat slicer. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and understanding of my order.
