Easy to assemble but you have to have a wrench handy to make sure the screws are tight. And oddly it is not 8 feet long. I pulled out my measuring tape and it was closer to 7.5feet. Cover doesn't quite fit like in the photo (so i probably should have measured that too) and came up shorter than the rack... not sure how it ended up in a box with 8 ft written on it. Mind you, it is all I really need so I am considering ordering another one at this price simply bec i have way too much firewood and I don't mind that it is shorter than it said on the box. Although after assembly it is as expected. The process of getting it put together was excessively challenging. The instructions are crude drawings only, no words; it was quite a puzzle. How about investing a little in better instructions, or like anyone else, an online video for assembly? Fortunately all the pieces were labeled, but one was incorrect. Putting one screw through three layers of sheet metal was hard. In some cases, there were FOUR layers. Had to purchase some longer screws to get the job done.
