Other than the fact that it weighs 250 pounds, it was easy to set up and seems to work great. I have read reviews that said the belt tensioning was dificult. The motor is boltyed to a slanted ram so tightening belt is just a matter slightly loosening the bolts, no problem. These are really good jointer that have been reviewed elsewhere.
