Tablet arm is attached to tubular frame with four plated loops and self-tapping screws into eight uniformly drilled holes. Frame: All-tubular design, 1" diameter, 18-gauge steel. The "H-frame" is designed with parallel tubing running from front to back of chair. Front legs of the chair and back support are one continuous tube. Rear legs and seat support are also one continuous tube. Tubing is multiple arc welded at four locations where leg rails and back posts are parallel to each other with a minimum combined total of at least 1.5 feet of total weld, and is done so that the Weids are not exposed. USACAPITOL product is chromed on plateable quality tubing after all welding is completed.
