The instant hot water dispenser is the greatest kitchen invention of the century! However, you should consider two things: 1) you can get a filter so that the hot water is filtered -if you drink filtered water normally, your hot water should also be filtered! 2) if you get a filter, then you might want to get a dispenser that dispenses both hot OR cold. If you asked what I couldn’t live without in the kitchen, I would have to say this Hot Water Dispenser. I’ve had one in my last 3 homes and living without one when we moved into this home was not an option! Had to include in our kitchen renovation. This is truly one of my favorite “small appliances.” We have the same model in both of our homes. We have had hot water dispensers next to the kitchen sink for over 20 years and this is my favorite version. Had one at my prior house and could not live without. Moved 8/2021. New house had in-counter soap dispenser which I was all too happy to jettison and use it's 1.25" counter hole for an Insinkerator tap. Bought and installed (easy to do).
