A support system that molds directly to your body
Inspired by Golden Gate - The suspension material is stretched from the Y-Tower frame just as cables are stretched from the towers of a suspension bridge
Varying Tension: greater in transition areas, from the thoracic to the lumbar areas and between the lumbar area and sacrum
"Hinge points" allow areas to flex and support the healthy, forward rotation of the pelvis while simultaneously giving less tension to other parts of the back to allow full range seated movement.
Optional lumbar support provides adjustment over a four-inch range.

Herman Miller turned to designer Yves Béhar for a highly affordable work chair that would still deliver the innovation, quality, and elegance of Herman Miller, despite its affordable price tag.

Béhar was inspried by the Golden Gate Bridge and applied the engineering principles of a suspension bridge to his creation. Béhar's Y-Tower base not only innovates, but reduces materials, weight, and environmental impact.

And the name?
SAYL reflects the sailing vessels that pass underneath the Golden Gate Bridge. Replacing the "i" in "sail" with a "y" is a nod to the innovative Y-Tower structure of the work chair.

You may return it for any reason within 30 days of invoicing for a refund of the product's price, excluding our outbound shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. “Hello, what are the cleaning instructions for this chair?” asked by Calvin

"Hello Calvin. For normal cleaning, wash with a soft cloth soaked in mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasive kitchen cleaners. For ink stains apply isopropyl alcohol to a clean, damp absorbent cloth. Start at the outside of the ink stain and work towards the center. Apply pressure but do not rub too vigorously. It is important as the cloth becomes stained, use a clean section of the dampened cloth or the stain will spread. Apply isopropyl alcohol to the cloth as needed. If ink stain persists, use acetone in place of procedure above. This procedure is not intended for normal cleaning."

I used a graphite colored Aeron chair and two (2) Tangerine colored Mirra chairs in other homes, and each time I was rewarded with the perfect chair for the perfect application. Service Review Most mainland based companies do not ship to Hawaii, period, so it was especially nice to have access to so many products that would otherwise not be available to the homeowner in the islands. The products were shipped and delivered as estimated at the time of purchase. There is ongoing Tracking, so at any given time you are advised when and where you might expect an item, whether it arrives in the warehouse for packing or about to arrive on your door step.
