Perfect Hand Mixer for small jobs Product Review It works great for pancakes, cakes and making cream cheese icing. However, if you wanted to make bread or still type of cookie dough, you would need a larger mixer. Its perfect for those light to medium mixing jobs. I love the whisk attachment that came with it. Don't purchase this product! Attractive mixer. Has several nice attachments. I like the snap on case that keeps the mixer and attachments together. I received it as a gift for Christmas and used it twice. The second time was to make butter cream frosting with very soft butter that had been out of the refrigerator most of the day. Of course it also had powdered sugar and a little milk. The motor burned out. I couldn't believe it!!!! |
