Coco Fiber is a new eco-friendly alternative to peat moss. Peat moss is extracted from peat bogs that take thousands of years to form and years to recover and therefore is not a readily renewable resource. Peat bogs are part of a sensitive ecology that supports unique wildlife. Help protect peat bogs by using coco fiber a renewable resource that helps retain nutrients and balance moisture in composters and will continue to benefit your garden long after it leaves the composter. Using a completely natural, renewable resource for composting and gardening needs is definitely a good idea.

Coco fiber This product works like magic, expanding four to five times the size. I put two bricks in a five gallon container and it filled it up. Dries quickly and am using in vegetable garden and flower garden to retain moisture here in the south. |

Feel Good Product I purchased the product to conserve water in outside window boxes and planters. I planted both vegetables and flowers. Working with this eco-friendly product was very satisfying along with its earthy smell. The product is a bit messy to work with so prepare accordingly and work outdoors. |
