Information about availability of this product -for purchase- should be in every toilet bowl package. The product appears to be serviceable in case of failure. Used to have another product. It was very useful, perhaps even easier to use than this one. Alas, the construction quality was flimsy, all plastic and permanently sealed. The product broke after couple of years and was not serviceable. Service Review No complaints! Was this helpful?
