I am using this on my 8" full size futon mattress and it fits pretty good. It has some excess fabric where the futon folds up, but I'm ok with it. It fits perfectly at the corners and top and bottom. I LOVE the orange color! It's not blinding but still very vibrant. I'm using it in a retro mod setting and it's perfect. The fabric is thick and seems to be good quality. It's matte with a velvety suede texture. It doesn't feel like real suede to me though, but it's still really nice. The square pillows are large which is nice, and hold their shape really well and they have zippers so I can wash the covers (as do the bolsters which I am not using since they don't go with my decor). With 3 kids & 2 dogs- I was afraid this would not hold up. It's fine!! It was easy to put on the futon & zipper hides into the fabric. The only thing was that my futon was not thick enough to fill the cover completely, but I have not washed it yet & actually hoping it will shrink a bit to ensure a snugger fit.
