The product is as described. It is heavy and well constructed. An unexpected advantage is that the safe had a handle and wheels for moving around.

It was just the right size, easy to set up. The delivery guy set it in my garage off his Dollie and it was very heavy. I remembered that I read it had wheels so I started opening the top of the box and it was boxed in such a way that the handle could be extended from the box and wheeled in the house without taking it completely out. Ingenious. I just wheeled it in my bedroom, set the codes and wheeled it in my closet. :)

Hope it is never necessary to find out how well it is in fire or flood!! Definetly worth it's price. I don't know what the one reviewer was talking about when he said the handle and key pad were cheesy, I think they are very good.

If you have problems inputting the combination, call the company. My directions were wrong. They probably corrected the mistake by now. Likewise, digital safes of course need batteries, and I am not sure why one would have to open the safe to change the batteries, which promotes a sort of catch 22. There is a key backup, but that is a hassle. Inside "tray" could not hold much. Had to tape together to make a tray that could hold much. Door had to open fully to pull out tray; this limited where I could put it. Make sure you really need a waterproof safe. Waterproof safes need to be aired out about every month or so, a real hassle. Otherwise, if there is any moisture in the safe, lots of damage can occurr. Otherwise, quality seems to be good and the quality/price seems very good.

We really love our new safe. It's very roomy and it was easy to set up. We love the fact it came with it's own dolly, so we can move it around very easily. We are actually thinking of purchasing a second one. We love it.

This safe is the perfect size and weight for our purposes -- heavy enough that no one can just grab it up and run, especially since its length fits into the closet exactly right, with room to close the door. The fact that it is also fire-safe and water-proof makes it the perfect safe for a family such as ours. Its roomy enough to hold everything we want to put into it -- jewelry, documents, etc. -- with room left for adding more items over time.

the product looks great; a lot of internal room, easy to move. After placing it in an appropriate place, I removed the wheels; it worked very well. The only thing I am not very satisfied is the handle. It worked, but looks cheap. I am willing to spend $20 more for a better looking handle.
