The tiles are beautiful but the ordering process was very difficult. I ordered 3 boxes of 20 tiles equaling 60 tiles but received 3 tiles not 3 boxes. Complained and got another 3 tiles. Then my full order of 3 boxes of 20 tiles each box arrived. So I'm pleased in the long run but it was frustrating leading up to resolution.. Judith. Cuttyhunk, MA. Mon Aug 22 2022
