I bought the stairs after going to a pet supply store and buying a boxed set of stairs that I would have to put together. Returned the item when I found out the holes for the screws had been put in incorrectly and I could not complete the stairs. Bought some plastic stairs and the dog would not even try them because they shook. Ordered the stairramp and was impressed by the quality of the wood and the workmanship on the product. I set it up and the dog immediately went up and down and I have had no problems at all. All my family comments on the stairs and on the top quality of the workmanship. Shipping was quick and the service from this website was excellent! Thank you!"..."  Read more

I bought the stairs for my Chihuahua/Poodle dog named Molly. She wasn't able to jump into or out of my bed because it's too high. But now with the stairs she is able to come and go as she wants without waking me up to her crying becasue she wants up, or wants down. Its given me peace when i'm sleeping and given Molly independence. The quality is great, and the look is fantastic. Being able to pick my colour has made the stairs blend in with the rest of the room. The stairs look like a piece of furniture in stead of an accessory."..."  Read more

When our 5-year-old Beagle started having back pain this past year, I knew I wanted to do something to make getting up and down from the bed easier for him. I knew I wanted to buy a set of pet steps, but so many of them I saw in stores or on-line seemed so cheap and borderline hazardous. Not so with these. I doubt you will find a sturdier set of pet stairs on the market. True, they are a bit on the expensive side, but they are worth it. The selling point for me was the size of these steps. The stairs themselves are a nice height and deep--they mimic the dimentions of the stairs in our house almost perfectly, so it was an easy adjustment for Buddy to start using them. Granted, he doesn't always use them, but that is more an issue with me not being as strict about it as I should. With a little training, I have no doubt anyone could train their dog to use these rather easily. If you're looking for sturdy, well-constructed pet steps that your dog will use and won't be an eye sore in your home, look no further!"..."  Read more

This was a great solution for my Chihuahua, Tia. She is tiny so it took her about a week to navigate on her own. I purchased the 5 step stairs. I did not force her but if she wanted to keep up with me, she learned to jump from bed to stairs. The steps are horizontal and not on an angle thus she does not slip. (Some steps have a sloping angle, which does not help) Another plus is these foam stairs are firm but very soft. When I go into my room at night without the light turned on and crash into them, they do not wipe me out like the hard plastic ones do. The width is decent to deal with. I think this is for small dogs as the depth of the steps are not so deep. I would really like to see stairs with the same overall height but 4 steps instead of five. Overall, these stairs are outstanding!"..."  Read more
