It has lasted all these years until the fan motor burned out. It may be a little noisy, the only downside, but it heats up our 20x24 family room with cathedral ceiling in no time. Looking at all the specs, photos etc it is exactly the same. Hope the new one lasts as long Was this helpful? Yes / No
