I'm tempted to say "This is a great crib for the price!" But it's actually just a great crib! The reasonable price is just an added bonus. It's very solid and looks fabulous. I looked for a long time and even considered cribs two to three times the cost of this one from some of the big box stores. I'm so glad I went with this since, as far as I'm concerned, the quality is just as good as those higher priced ones. If I have one minor complaint it's that the heads of the screws show and they don't provide those little screw cover caps. It's a minor thing and I've noticed even some of the higher priced cribs have the same problem. A lot of cribs online have complaints about a chemical type smell. There was absolutely no smell with this at all. Assembly was really easy. Hubby did it in about 45 mins. We loved that all the pieces were labeled with little stickers. We did have one assembly complaint though. The mattress frame instructions say to swing out the levers on each side. Only problem is that there's two directions they can swing... Either with the levers pointing above the frame or below the frame. After a lot of hemming and hawing we decided to try with them pointing below the frame. Turns out this was the wrong decision as it puts the frame too high. It was an easy but annoying fix that could have been avoided by better instructions or even just a picture.
