“hi. This item says it accommodates a 1 x 100 W A 4 bulb. Most sconces say 100-watt medium base Bulb. I am assuming that the 100-watt medium base bulb is the common type of light bulb. So does this product use a regular light bulb or something special?” asked by Chase

"Hi Chase. Craftmade has very unique fixtures, so most of their lights require special light bulbs. The Builders Sconce does require a specific bulb that is different than those used in many other lights. The 100 W A 4 bulb can be found at most local hardware stores."Kelli from Wayfair

The appearance was fine and they function as expected. The metal was sort of thin and they didn't feel substantial - but that really isn't important in this application.
