This table is very heavy but very sturdy. Extremely well made. It is well packed for shipping and even comes with most of the tools needed to assemble it. Assembly took about 30 minutes. The table lifts so smoothly and quietly. I am 5'8" and with it fully lifted it comes to just below my armpits. Not sure why it goes so tall but if you need a study standing desk that goes very high this is the desk for you! It also lowers to a very low height (about just above my knees - again, not sure why you need something that low - but it has great range). The casters roll easily and each caster may be locked. I have 2 monitors on a monitor stand that is just setting on the desk and it doesn't wobble at all when moving up or down. There is a tray in the back of the desk for holding all of the cords which is a really nice feature. The controls can be set up for left or right handed use. I just had back surgery and cannot sit for peiods longer than about 30 minutes. This desk makes it so I can easily work while standing which is very comfortable.
