I love this rack, especially after I have researched so many others online and have read negative reviews about them. Some of the coat racks I've seen online was not nearly as attractive and twice as expensive was said to be flimsy, unsteady and wobbly. I was very impressed with the weight, the rustic look, the design and the amount of hooks it contains. I don't have to worry about my 6 year old daughter accidently knocking it down by brushing past it because it is very sturdy. She puts her bookbag and coat on the lower hooks and I can put my pocketbook and much larger coat on the top hooks. It only took me 20 minutes to assemble it and that's because I'm not that handy in putting things together. The instructions were clear and simple just the way I like them to be, straight and to the point. I would no doubt recommend this product to anyone who needs a good, strong coat rack with an umbrella stand."..."  Read more

A very different approach to a coat rack. It has clean lines and looks like a piece of artwork on the wall. When you want to use it as a coat rack, the hooks easily and smoothly pull down. I looked for a coat rack for a long time before I found this one. I had never heard of Wayfair, so I was a little concerned about the quality. I decided I'd just order it and hope for the best. Happily, I got it ! The coat rack is everything I'd hoped it would be - sturdy enough to hold a lot and great looking as well. The one thing I would suggest to the manufacturer is to add some written directions - the coat rack came with a diagram that was pretty helpful, but at a few points in the putting together process, I found myself wishing that they had added some verbal directions. Nevertheless I was able to put the coat rack together all by myself, and I just love the finished rack."..."  Read more

I really like the look of this coat rack. I liked it in the pictures on the website and I really like it sitting in my front entry way. The color was a good match to the walnut bench I already had sitting in the entry way and I love the way the pieces flow together. My husband put the piece together in less that 30 minutes without any difficulties and we were thrilled to get our kid's coats off our beautiful bench. You do have to keep track of the weight distribution on this coat rack. For older kids and adults, I don't think it would be an issue, but we have four children ages 6 and under and most of the coats end up on the same two hooks. Needless to say, we have had to make a few rescues from under the coat rack and the pile of coats that comes with that. It has created some "teachable" moments, but overall I really like this piece."..."  Read more
