Thrilled to find this set of 2 Calphalon Omelet pans. Nice big deep ones, with smooth slopping sides, for easilly slipping food onto a plate. Solid Handles, with no heat transfer, you can pick them up without burning your hand. We had been looking for several months for a couple of nice large 10" and 12" skillets. My husband always fries his potatoes in the largest, and his eggs in the smaller one. Every morning. for 22.5 years, we are on our 4th set of pans. Teflon coating doesn't last, the handles are coming loose. We began looking on line, especially pans that were made in America. Found them on your site. [...] followed good instructions for using them. They are wonderful. Our other skillets nice lids fit them just fine,they were on a great sale. Two of them for less than One would have cost separately. Thanks so much for providing this service. We don't live close enough to a large city no cookware store. I have been waiting for years to upgrade my cookware and have no regrets in waiting. I discovered Calphalon while taking a cooking class. The aluminum core stainless steel is indestructable. Much to my dismay my brother used my large skillet on the gas grill to make bacon. Directly on the grates! I thought for sure my brand new, never been used before skillet was toast! I was out a new skillet, right? Wrong! It didn't warp or stain, much to my surprise. Folks, don't try this a home, but rest assured you have years of use out of this quality cookware. I will never have to buy a new set in my lifetime. The price was astonishing reasonable for this 13 pc. set, and included bonuses. I even hung on to my old cookware for several weeks just to make sure I hadn't done something stupid. But having used it for about a month, I packed up the old stuff and shipped if off with my brother. (yes the same brother who tried to kill my new skillet)"..."  Read more

Built a new house and wanted new cookware to show-off on my pot rack, but also wanted functional pots and pans.These are great! They heat up fast and evenly on my propane fueled, gas stove and clean up easily. I let them cool as recommended, then wipe out with a paper towel or napkin and wash quickly in soap and water.
