Although we’ve only had this for two weeks, it seems to be a very good product. Well-constructed. Solid. We installed on a brick wall so a hammer drill made the process much easier. My only reason for four stars instead of 5 is that the instructions are a bit lacking, especially in figuring exactly which hanger mounting holes make the best sense to utilize given the TV’s size and the location of outlets. Our power outlet was toward the bottom of the TV so we had to mount the brackets “not too high and not too low” on the back or the TV in order to block the outlet from view yet allow enough clearance over our mantel for decorations. Good for the price. Three issues: minor rust on some of the welds, instructions said to use 1/4" drill bit, but that was too big for the included lag bolts, and the biggest issue is that the mount is either level when retracted against the wall OR level when pivoted out 90 degrees.
