Bowflex Select Tech Adjustable Bench Series 5.1 - 140004

The manufacturing process for this product missed a quality control point. The alignment for the bolts connecting the seat to the frame did not line up. I had to use a wooden wedge to open up the frame enough to start all 4 bolts without cross-threading. Once I overcame that flaw, the rest of the bench went together as planned. Functionally this is an outstanding bench for a number of exercises ... biceps, triceps, lats, traps, shoulders and pectorals and I do recommend this bench.

It shipped very fast.

The bench came much sooner than I anticipated. The directions for assembly were excellent. The only negative was the condition of the box when it arrived, although I understand the shipper, Fed Ex, has so many products to deliver, the condition of the box was certainly acceptable.

I've been working out for over 20 years and have never used a bench that is this easy to adjust. It's construction is high quality and made for people of all is sizes. I was able to put the bench together in about 30 minutes. I am beyond happy with this product.....thanks Bowflex !!!!

I am extremely happy with this bench. 6 position bench allows for a wide variety of exercises. Well made and very easy to assemble.

This bench is accompanied by my free weights and it is near perfect! The adjustable angle from decline up to 90 degrees is great for my shoulder exercises and lowering the angles bit more creates availability for many other exercises such as incline presses and reverse flyes. The seated part of the bench also adjusts upwards so you will not slip off the bench during incline presses and allows for better decline seating and with the leg attachment you'll stay put and won't move anywhere. Setup was a breeze! took 15 minutes or even less. The only thing that this bench lacks is a design to stop the bench from having a gap in the bottom where the seat angles up and down on a 0 degree angle being a flat bench Overall i would defiantly recommend this bench to anyone looking for a favorable and sturdy bench

Not even a month of working out on it the seat broke in half. I am 180 pounds and when it broke I rolled of the side straight on my face. Other than that works great

Very solidly made easy to put together adjustments for laying flat and raising very easy to use. very comfortable feels like a bench that will last a very long time.
