I have used this chicken stand for years and just got this one for a friend that is new to grilling and wanted to cook a whole bird. This stand makes it very ease to cook a whole bird evenly, the bird does not fall over and is very easy to handle. Allows me to rotate the bird very smoothly, and to or away from the heat. It does not clean really easy but when you are burning chicken skin and fat on to a surface for an hour and a half nothing would I think.

This is the perfect, cost-effective, must-have for anyone with a BBQ grill. Until I had this, I was constantly having my birds fall over in the grill, and once down, they are tough to get back upright. I ordered a bunch to give out as gifts. I encourage users to experiment with a variety of beers or other canned liquids. The succulent flavors produced by this method of grilling is wonderful, and makes even the novice griller feel like a pro.

i have been looking for this product for years the one i had before didn't clean up well so it left. really a good product. highly reccommend this!!
