Great if you have guest but for the normal meal the larger pans do not get used much. We cook on medium heat and it works great. Getting the pans hot first then the food does not stick that much. Easy to clean and looks good. We plan to get an induction cook top and these pans are designed to work on induction. Also set is made here in the USA!! Help keep jobs in America buy USA!
