Our shower niche lighting kit will allow you to convert your standard home 120V AC down to a low voltage DC to run your LED lighting from a switch. The kit is designed to be wired directly to your light switch and can be a standard or dimmable switch. The LEDs are COB LEDs to give you the best lighting experience. We include an aluminum profile for tiling your space so your lighting can sit flush with the tile.

When we remodeled our bathroom, we encountered a wall that could not be moved, leaving us with a smaller shower space than desired with less natural daylight. This commercial grade downlight is ideal for new construction when specified with a 4" x 2 1/8" square or octagonal J box. It is also conveniently UL Listed for wet conditions only indoor wet locations such as above a shower. For exterior they would need to be installed in damp location such as a covered porch, soffit, etc.. A place where the fixtures would not receive direct saturation.

Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult. Haven’t installed yet, but these were a great value on sale! I’ve seen some places charging 80 per light and the cheapest other option was still 40. The lights look high-end. Flat to the ceiling for a modern vibe. They are perfect for vaulted ceilings, and the kelvins are good. I gave them 4-stars because one of the lights had a slightly different hue to it. We ordered 3000k, but one of the lights has an amber undertone. The 6 slim led lights are replacing 6 round halogen lights. The installation was relatively easy because the wiring already existed.
