The good news is that Wayfair’s customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and shipped the missing pieces right away, so I was impressed with how easily they resolved the issue. While we’re still waiting for those parts before we can set it up outside and see the fountain in action, the experience with customer service definitely deserves recognition. One thing I did notice is that the bird bath is lighter than I expected. Even after adding gravel to the base for extra weight, it still feels fairly lightweight. It does include ground stakes for added stability, which is a nice touch, but I’m still a little concerned about how well it will hold up during strong winds or storms. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase for the price. It’s attractive, easy to assemble, and the customer service was outstanding. Also, I don't know if the "Made In China" paint is safe for the birds, so hopefully it doesn't peel off easily or anything. My piece also came with a small defect on the pole.
