The stunning sunburst cherry cathedral veneers are book matched and placed within an oval design bordered by herringbone inlay and offset with exotic avoiding cross banding. The top edges have leaf-carved gadroons. The top profile is beautifully shaped and reflects the concave end and bowed center pattern of the collection. Vertically positioned cherry veneers adorn the apron rails with bead and bobbin carved moldings finishing off the bottom edge. Scrolled legs are carved and shaped to blend with the collection. The finish is a rich and warm pomegranate shade that has both depth and clarity which allows the natural beauty of the wood grain to shine through. Burnished edges, hand-rubbed fronts, and machine-rubbed tops provide a satiny glow that enriches the feel of this collection.
