Combining two things inspired the Michelot eight-light single-tier chandelier. The frame is based on a vintage chandelier from the Chapman & Myers design studio archives and the glass drops were based on a cast glass vase with a beautiful rippled texture. The metal frame of the chandelier has a curved profile. One end of each arm supports a light while a glass drop hangs from the other and the metal arm curves up and around in one continuous visual length. The central hub has the same hourglass profile. The signature detail of the design is the unique glass drops which have an organic rippled texture that almost resembles melting ice and refract the light beautifully.

This dining set consists of a table and eight chairs. The table, crafted from rubberwood, MDF and acacia wood, features a removable 24-inch leaf for flexible seating arrangements, with dimensions of 60 - 84x36x30 inch (LxWxH) and a weight capacity of 550 lbs. The eight chairs, six armless and two with armrests, have durable rubberwood legs, diamond pattern backs and rivet details, along with padded seats made of linen fabric and foam. Each chair can bear 250 lbs. The set's overall design combines aesthetic appeal, practicality and durability, with a tabletop thickness of 1.3 inch.

I wanted a larger table that could seat up to eight, but I didn’t need it at all times, so this leaf table was perfect. The table and chairs are well made and sturdy, the cushions and just the right softness, and the leaf stores inside the table easily, so it’s easy to use when you need it and hide when you don’t. The manufacturer included tools in each hardware bag in case you discarded some along the way and there were more reinforcements than I’ve seen in modern furniture.
