Discoloration: copper polish exterior looks elegant, however copper is very sensitive, and oxygen in the air, makes it tarnished even when not in use. When heating copper cookware, discoloration happens much faster. Regular polish is needed, even not in use. Do not wash in the dishwasher, wipe dry immediately, and lightly polish use a dry cloth, water residue on the surface will make it stain and tarnish. Cookware cleaner such as "Barkeepers Friend" is recommended to polish and restore the shine of copper.
