This table is PERFECT for my preschool classroom. Heavy, but that means it's very solid. Pretty easy to put together -- some of the holes to attach the legs didn't line up, but with a drill, it was easy to put a screw through the wood. The legs are adjustable, but you need to remove two bolts per leg to do it. So learn from my mistakes and make sure to measure the height you actually want, because it's annoying to do twice.. The is a rectangular pedestal table. It has a 1.25" thick laminate top that's durable and easy to clean. The top has an attractive matching edge that won't crack or peel. The attractive round cast iron base has leveling glides to prevent the table from wobbling on uneven floors. The column has a 3" diameter and is made of 16-gauge. The top and base are shipped in one box.

This is the most sturdiest table I have ever seen! The metal legs are extremely sturdy and easily carries the weight of the table. This is very thin material and does not feel Hefty at all. I know what is 72 in but wow it looked like a dollhouse! Its very narrow.
